La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree

Clean and staff was friendly. Would come back again but has highest deposit I’ve paid for so far

I’ve stayed here multiple times and the location is good considering it’s right by Crabtree mall. The price is usually good and a decent hotel

It was on a hill. It was close to rt 440. Rear entrance needs a daily vacuuming. Hair dryer was coming off the wall. Staff were courteous. Smokers congregated near rear entrance.

When I checked in, I found out there was no hair dryer. I called the front desk and spoke to JOSEPH. He told me "Oh yeah, your room does not have a hair dryer" When I asked if he could send me one, he said "NO, we don't have any hair dryers" I said what kind of hotel does not have hair dryers and why was I not informed of this. He said sorry we just cannot help you. I said that is a load of crap and he said "I don't have to take that from you and hung up on me. I tried to call back but he would not answer the phone. I then called the front desk from my cell and JOSEPH answered and whwn I said who I was he hung up on me again. This is the WORST I have ever been treated at a hotel/motel by the front desk whp are there supposedly to help and solve problems. Not JOSEPH. He did not want to be bothered at all in trying to help me. I will never stay at a La Quinta Hotel again. Also, one of the bathroom lights was out and another light by the bed was out, too.. Do you think I wanted to call JOSEPH? No way. He would have hung up on me. La Quinta needs to train their employees in customer service and how to keep their customers loyal & happy.

Our room had lots of roaches, the refrigerator was broken and the door wasn’t even attached. Housekeeping was very rude. But the staff at the front desk was very nice

The carpet was wet and had a bad mildew smell, the tv didn’t work, burn holes and scary stains in the bedspread?

We had to wait a solid 5 minutes from when we walked in the front door until someone came to the front desk to check us in. There was no one there. She wasn’t very friendly during check in. One of the elevators was broken. There was no soap in our bathroom. And our AC did not work.

The Heat/Air unit in Room 307 did not work. After reporting it, I tried adjusting both options for wall unit and actual, but it still did not work. Also reported it upon checkout. One of the elevators was out of order.

When we arrived the property as a whole was unkempt, there were bugs in the fridge, the TV didnt work. We were moved to a second room with a privacy lock that didnt latch and a remote that didn't work which left the TV in that room unusable as well. We checked out within 90 minutes of checking in. Avoid!
