When I checked in, I found out there was no hair dryer. I called the front desk and spoke to JOSEPH. He told me "Oh yeah, your room does not have a hair dryer" When I asked if he could send me one, he said "NO, we don't have any hair dryers" I said what kind of hotel does not have hair dryers and why was I not informed of this. He said sorry we just cannot help you. I said that is a load of crap and he said "I don't have to take that from you and hung up on me. I tried to call back but he would not answer the phone. I then called the front desk from my cell and JOSEPH answered and whwn I said who I was he hung up on me again. This is the WORST I have ever been treated at a hotel/motel by the front desk whp are there supposedly to help and solve problems. Not JOSEPH. He did not want to be bothered at all in trying to help me. I will never stay at a La Quinta Hotel again. Also, one of the bathroom lights was out and another light by the bed was out, too.. Do you think I wanted to call JOSEPH? No way. He would have hung up on me. La Quinta needs to train their employees in customer service and how to keep their customers loyal & happy.
